2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY

Budgets and Bliss sells digital products only.
No physical goods are shipped.

Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to download the relevant digital product(s). Delivery is deemed complete once access or download is made available.

3. PAYMENTS & MERCHANT OF RECORD

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

This means:

  • Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and refunds

  • Your payment information is collected and processed by Paddle, not by us

  • Paddle’s own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to these Terms

Prices displayed are tax-inclusive, unless stated otherwise.

4. REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL GOODS)

Because our products are digital:

  • You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed

  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final

Refunds are issued at Paddle’s discretion in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
